Green Peaks Capital Refund Policy

Our Commitment to You

At Green Peaks Capital, we are committed to transparency, professionalism, and providing the highest level of service to our clients. Our fee structures are disclosed in detail within your client agreement, and our professionals are dedicated to ensuring you understand the services you receive.

This policy outlines the process for requesting a refund. All our practices are in accordance with the professional standards and regulations governing financial fiduciaries and advisors in the State of Texas.

Refund Policy - the basics

Our fees, which are fully detailed in your signed Advisory Agreement or Service Contract, are charged for professional services rendered, financial advice provided, and investment management performed.

  • Fees for Services Already Rendered: Because our fees are compensation for professional services and expertise already delivered, fees and expenses that have been charged for a completed service period are not refundable.

  • Pre-paid Fees: If you have pre-paid for services that have not yet been rendered, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unexpired portion of the service, as detailed in your specific client agreement.

A Personalized, Case-by-Case Review

We understand that unique situations can arise. Green Peaks Capital does not offer a blanket refund for all clients, as each client relationship is governed by its own specific legal agreement.

We review every request on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair and professional outcome that is consistent with the terms of your contract and our legal and regulatory obligations.

How to Discuss Your Account

Your first and best point of contact is your dedicated Green Peaks Professional.

If you have questions about your billing, wish to discuss the fees charged to your account, or believe there has been an error, please contact your Green Peaks Professional directly.

They have the authority to review your specific situation, examine your client agreement, and provide a clear explanation or, if warranted, escalate your request for a formal review.
